Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

RUDY PROFUMI SRL strives to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by returning the Products purchased on the Website within fourteen days of the date of receipt of the Products, in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code. This applies to all Products other than personalised items, which are subject to Paragraph 10.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must go to the ‘Orders’ section of their account and click on ‘Return’ or ‘Refund’, depending on the order’s fulfilment status.

Alternatively, send an email to shop@rudyprofumi.com, stating: your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal; the products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal; the order number; and, if you purchased the products by bank transfer, your bank details for the refund.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, RUDY PROFUMI SRL will refund the full price of the Products, provided that they are returned by the Customer in good condition, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. RUDY PROFUMI SRL reserves the right to refuse returns of Products that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer. Any costs incurred by the Customer in returning the Products are non-refundable.

The Customer must return the Products to the seller or to a third party authorised by the seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the date on which they notified the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer dispatches the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

RUDY PROFUMI SRL undertakes to refund the Customer within fourteen days of receiving the Customer’s notification of order cancellation, but, in accordance with Article 56 of the Consumer Code, reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the Customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

RUDY PROFUMI SRL will send a notification email once the refund has been processed.

We recommend returning the Products by courier, insuring the full value of the item and using a trackable delivery service. RUDY PROFUMI SRL cannot be held liable for the refund or compensation of Products that have been returned but not received by RUDY PROFUMI SRL due to loss, theft or damage not attributable to RUDY PROFUMI SRL.
